  • Too much Buffering

    Please fix your app. I love the fact that I can see so many fights but the clarity of the app and the buffering ruins the experience. It appears an upgrade needs to take place. I’ve upgraded my internet but the buffering still occurs. It’s on your end.

    I have a problem with the way canelo vs kovalev was handled with timing. I didn’t need to stay up until 230am for a fight to finish! It’s a good thing I had the following day off! I submitted a suctioned service letter, and got no response from DAZN. The app works fine, but DAZN clearly doesn’t care about the customer.

    My rating is 0/5 stars. I never leave reviews, but I feel the need to leave one here. I paid for a one month subscription, and I was never allowed to sign into my account once. I never saw a single fight. I tried to get a refund multiple times, but literally impossible! I 100% recommend not downloading this app!

    I thought the app would have all the boxing matches to stream like UfC app. But not at all. Have to cancel and get money back right now

    I am 3+ weeks into my subscription and today is the first day that the app opens and communicates with apple to verify my subscription. $19.99 wasted! Get your act together. Customer service is non existent. Seems like an AI that has no clue

    It’s great for watching fights but I got charged twice and tried emailing them to get a refund and they never got back to me still waiting on a refund! I also cancelled my subscription and still got charged! Wouldn’t recommend they’re just taking money from me!

    Only way to get in contact with them is live chat. They charged me twice last month and they charged me again for this month even though I had it cancelled with Apple customer service. Apparently it was an Apple issue that they had. At least they can speak to you and understand the issue and refund you back ....unfortunately with DAZN is thru live chat and no phone number to get in contact with them. They tell you they will contact with you thru email in 24 hours. Please get it fixed. How do you expect to keep your subscribers if y’all can’t seem to help us with issues that the app does to any subscribers. Unbelievable.
