    So many flaws. Can’t search text messages. Incoming call notifications are screwed up. I could list 20 other ways this is worse than iPhone or iMessage but they’ll just delete my review like they have 20 times before. Godaddy should be ashamed on all levels.

    Only problem, there is a short delay when answering. Sometimes you can miss the first ring, maybe more but I can’t tell from the other end. Delay when answering is only issue, i have an iPhone 6S

    I’ve been using SmartLine for almost 2 years with no issues but in the last 3 weeks I get calls from clients that I can’t answer. Or it tells me I answered a call that I didn’t so my clients get dead air when they call! Calls I make don’t go through this app has become a joke because its useless unless I want to call them from my personal line. What’s the point in having this app if it doesn’t work! I’m clearly wasting my money!

    This app advertises that it is straightforward and easy to cancel the subscription but when it comes time to do so they wash their hands on following through. The customer gets handed off into a labyrinth of labor intensive maneuvers that resolve absolutely nothing! These “trap door” apps are ripping off the elderly, and those that are not as tech savvy as your everyday Silicon Valley hackers.It is time for these companies to uphold “best practices” and realize that the customer is always right.
